When is Tampa Takeover 2027?
The main trip is planned for June 14–18, 2027 in Tampa, Florida.
Where will we stay?
Housing details will be shared privately by the Housing Managers. The public website will not post the full address.
Who are the Housing POCs?
The Housing POCs are Paul and Lamar.
Where can I find the itinerary?

Are meals included?
Breakfast and dinner will be hosted by assigned families. Lunches are on your own unless the planning crew announces otherwise.
Who is handling meals?
The Culinary Crew includes Head Chef: Eunice, Khiala, Destiny, and Zay. Grill Masters are Lamar (LB), Nelson, Trey, and Paul.
Can we suggest activities?
Yes. Use the feedback form on this page to suggest side quests, restaurants, tours, shopping stops, or family-friendly activities.
Are there optional cruises before or after the trip?

When are the virtual family conference calls?
Virtual calls are planned for Sunday, March 14, 2027; Sunday, April 18, 2027; Sunday, May 16, 2027; and Sunday, June 13, 2027. These dates line up with the 90-day, 60-day, 30-day, and final pre-trip planning windows.
Who should I give my household headcount to?
Please give your household headcount to Paul or Lamar so housing can be planned correctly.
What should I be budgeting for right now?
Housing is $500 per paying adult and is due April 15, 2027. Also budget for travel, food, parking, tolls, activities, merch, souvenirs, and optional side quests.
Who does not pay the $500 housing cost?
Melvin II, Nancy, Mattie, children, teens under 18, and babies do not pay. Contact Summer, Paul, or Lamar if your household balance needs clarification.
